Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with carriers/insurers, clients and other key stakeholders (internal and external), representing Willis Towers Watson in a professional manner
- Partner with internal team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate/collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Benchmarking clients existing benefits against market practice, providing recommendations on aligning benefits with client needs, developing and implementing solutions
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up to date on industry news
- Ensure all documentation is prepared in accordance with company service and compliance procedures and tools.
- Support the team to ensure compliance with all specified business management processes
The Requirements
- MBA/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field
- 8-15 years’ experience in health and benefits sales
- Knowledge of employee benefit Insurance arrangements and related products, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job
- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose comprehensive solutions to our clients
- Ability to manage key client relationships
- A team player with ability to demonstrate credibility and gain trust
